Flipkart GRiD 7.0 Hackathon 2025-26: India’s Largest Campus Tech Challenge
Flipkart GRiD 7.0 is back with its latest season, inviting engineering students from all across India to participate in one of the country’s biggest and most recognized campus tech competitions. This year, Flipkart aims to discover the best young tech talent and give them a platform to showcase their problem-solving skills, coding capabilities, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Over the past six successful seasons, GRiD has grown into a prestigious national-level challenge where students get a chance to solve real-world e-commerce problems, compete for exciting prizes, gain national recognition, and secure job and internship opportunities at one of India’s leading e-commerce companies — Flipkart.

Eligibility Criteria 📋
GRiD 7.0 is open to students from engineering colleges across India pursuing:
- B.Tech, M.Tech, B.E., M.S., or Dual/Integrated degree programs
- Batches of 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 (Bachelor/Master) and 2030 (Dual/Integrated)
- Registrations must be made as individual participants
📝 Contest Structure & Rounds
Round 1: Screening
Initial screening based on academic performance, achievements, and non-academic activities to shortlist participants for the coding round.
Round 2: Coding Assessment
A 90-minute online proctored coding test with 3 questions in languages like C, C++, Java, or Python. Top scorers progress to the next stage.
Round 3: Case Study-Based Code Submission
Participants tackle a real Flipkart business problem by proposing a system-level tech solution and submitting their code. Shortlisted entries move to the finale.
Round 4: National Finals (Onsite)
The top 48 participants will travel to the Flipkart Headquarters in Bangalore for the final evaluation. Divided into teams of 4, they’ll build prototypes and present them live to Flipkart’s leadership jury. Prizes will be awarded to the top 6 teams.

- Rank 1 Teams (2 positions): ₹1,50,000 EGVs
- Rank 2 Teams (2 positions): ₹1,00,000 EGVs
- Rank 3 Teams (2 positions): ₹50,000 EGVs
🚀 Hiring Opportunities
Based on performance in Round 3 and final evaluations, shortlisted candidates will be considered for internship opportunities (summer/winter) or full-time SDE-1 roles at Flipkart, depending on their year of study.
