About the Role: Tech Lead - React Development

Key Responsibilities

As a Tech Lead, you will:

Technical Leadership

  • Design system architecture using use-case and sequence diagrams

  • Establish technical requirements and contribute to product design

  • Ensure 100% code coverage through rigorous unit test reviews

  • Maintain strict adherence to project coding standards

Development Expertise

  • Build reusable UI components using React and Web Components

  • Work with modern MVC frameworks (Angular, Ember, Aurelia)

  • Implement advanced JavaScript modules (RequireJS, SystemJS, ES6)

  • Optimize frontend workflows using DevOps tools (NPM, Bower, Grunt, Babel)

Project Management

  • Collaborate closely with project managers throughout SDLC

  • Document comprehensive use cases and technical specifications

  • Provide production support for deployed applications

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Must-Haves

✔ 5+ years experience in React.js development
✔ Expertise in JavaScript frameworks and module systems
✔ Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns
✔ Experience with modern frontend toolchains

Preferred Qualifications

  • Banking/fintech domain knowledge

  • Experience with TypeScript

  • Knowledge of microfrontend architecture
