Tickit is seeking an experienced Senior React Developer (3-4 years experience) to lead our frontend development efforts. This role offers the opportunity to architect and build the interfaces that thousands of businesses rely on for their daily operations - from real-time analytics dashboards to complex workflow management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect responsive UI systems: Design and implement our next-generation component library using React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS with ShadCN/Radix UI foundations
  • Optimize data-intensive interfaces: Implement advanced techniques like virtualization, memoization, and intelligent data fetching for our analytics and reporting modules
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product designers to translate Figma prototypes into living design systems, and with backend engineers to optimize API contracts
  • Enhance developer experience: Improve our CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and documentation to accelerate team productivity
  • Mentor junior developers: Share your expertise through code reviews and architecture discussions to elevate team capabilities

Technical Requirements

Core Frontend

  • 3-4 years production experience with React.js and TypeScript
  • Expertise in React hooks, context API, and component composition patterns
  • Proficiency with TailwindCSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks
  • Experience with Next.js (App Router) and React Server Components

State & Data

  • State management with Zustand, React Query, or Redux Toolkit
  • GraphQL/REST API integration patterns
  • Performance optimization for large datasets
  • Real-time data experience (Firebase, WebSockets, etc.)

Testing & Tooling

  • Unit/integration testing with Jest, React Testing Library
  • Modern CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows
  • Monorepo experience (Turborepo, Nx, Yarn Workspaces)
