About the Role

Join Honeywell Aerospace's APU Control Systems team to design, develop, and integrate complex systems for gas turbine engines. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to own systems and components throughout their lifecycle - from initial design to product end-of-life.

Key Focus: You'll work on Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) including sensors, effectors, and control components for safety-critical aerospace systems.
⚠️ US Export Control Requirement: Must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or have protected status.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and integrate control system components for APU gas turbine engines
  • Manage approved source list drawings and ensure supplier compliance
  • Reconcile LRU requirements with system-level specifications
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers on development activities
  • Develop and execute test plans (QTPs) for component qualification
  • Perform test setup conformity and data reduction
  • Create technical documentation including similarity arguments and test reports

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering
